MAd Reach is a patented location-based mobile advertising solution that helps small to mid-sized merchants “Drive Foot Traffic When It Matters Most.” MAd Reach was looking for a boutique agency and true strategic partner, an extension of their in-house digital design and strategy teams.
Our partnership included helping with strategic planning, marketing plan development, digital design and digital content development, sales and operational planning, project management and overseeing collaborative agency partners and consultants.
During our two years working together we redesigned the merchant website, created brand standards and launched the platform in the Salt Lake City and Denver test markets. We guided the team securing 3,000 merchants, hired an agency for eCRM merchant and consumer journeys, and managed the creation of in-store and geo-targeted communications.
